Employee pinned between conveyor and falling machine
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was working alongside a conveyor when the lifting/lowering arm of a Vemag machine was being lowered. It struck a Vemag bucket sitting on the floor a nd caused the machine to tip over onto the employee. She was pinned between the conveyor and the machine and sustained bruises and contusions to her back and le gs. Employee #1 was not hospitalized and lost only one day of work.
