EMPLOYEE FRACTURED SHOULDER IN FALL FROM SCAFFOLD
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was installing electrical fixtures at a construction site located on Highway 43 south of Greenville. He was working off of the top section of four m anually propelled mobile scaffolding (4.6 feet each) when he slipped between two pieces of planking and fell 18 to 22 feet to the concrete sidewalk below. The f all fractured his right shoulder.
