EMPLOYEE KILLED IN FALL FROM OVERHEAD CRANE TROLLEY

Investigation abstract

Employee #1 along with another worker was on the trolley of an overhead crane to adjust the cables. Employee #1 fell 30 feet from the trolley to the cement floo r and died from a massive head fracture.
