ROLLED OVER BY A TRACK DRILL AND KILLED
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was in the process of unloading a Gardner-Denver Air Compressor, Ser ial Number 510341, and an Ingersoll-Rand Track Drill, Serial Number CL/23429, fr om a Low Boy Trailer, Serial Number 20638, Virginia license number TR 437-646, w hen he got caught in the right track of the drill and it rolled over him cutting him in half. There were no witnesses to this accident.
