Event description

EMPLOYEE CRUSHED FROM ROOF TRUSS

Investigation abstract

Employee #1 was standing on top of a three-story structure, guiding roof trusses into place. As he was guiding one of the trusses, it swung and struck him and h e fell to the floor. The truss then broke free from suspension and fell onto the employee, crushing him. He was transported to the hospital where he later died.
