EMPLOYEE KILLED WHEN EMPTY DRUM EXPLODED
Investigation abstract
On November 22, 1989, Employee #1 was making repairs on a snowplow. Employee #1 was going to weld a steel bolt to the plow but had to do some preparatory weldin g on the steel bolt first. Employee #1 laid the pin on an empty drum (previous c ontent unknown). When Employee #1 drew an arc the drum exploded killing him.
