EMPLOYEE DIES AFTER FALL
Investigation abstract
On December 28, 1989, Employee #1 was applying spackling compound. The employee was standing on an unguarded ledge 8 feet above the floor level. Employee #1 los t his balance, fell, and struck his head. The employee was taken to local hospit al where he died the following day.
