THE BOOM OF A TRUCK CRANE CONTACTED A 13-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. AN ELECTR IC UTILITY EMPLOYEE WHO WAS TOUCHING THE CRANE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN THE CONTACT OCCURRED.
