EMPLOYEE INJURED WHEN CAUGHT UNDER FORKLIFT
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was operating a forklift. He drove the lift from the loading dock in to the warehouse and was making a left turn when the lift started to overturn. H e tried to jump clear but the lift fell on his leg resulting in serious injuries .
