EMPLOYEE DIED IN FALL FROM AERIAL LIFT
Investigation abstract
A power line worker was working from an aerial lift 15.2 meters above the ground . He was not wearing personal fall arrest equipment or work positioning equipmen t. As he was tying off a new overhead power line conductor to a utility pole, he fell out of the aerial lift bucket. He died of injuries sustained in the fall.
