Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was walking away from a rear wheel steer Gradall material handler th at was making a right turn. The handler's left rear wheel struck Employee #1, kn ocked him to the ground, and ran over him. He suffered internal crushing injurie s. Employee #1 was killed.
