Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A CHAIN LINK FENCE AT A RESIDENCE. THE EMPLOYEE LIFTE D A 21-FOOT-LONG METAL RAILING, AND IT CONTACTED A 240-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
