AN EMPLOYEE WAS TOWING A COMPACTOR WITH A GRADER. EMPLOYEE #1 WAS GUIDING THE CO MPACTOR WHEN HE LOST CONTROL AND FELL OFF THE COMPACTOR. THE COMPACTOR FLIPPED O VER AND LANDED ON EMPLOYEE #1.
