Employee burned in lp gas fire
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was using a match to light the pilot on a deep fryer. Liquefied petr oleum gas, previously released from a disconnected line, ignited and caused an e xplosion and fire. Employee #1 sustained severe burns to his face, neck, and arm s, for which he was hospitalized.
