Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING SIDING ON A HOUSE. AS HE WAS POSITIONING HIS ALUMINUM LADDER, IT CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
