ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE THRU LADDER
Investigation abstract
A CREW WAS INSTALLING ALUMINUM SIDING ON A HOUSE. THE ALUMINUM LADDER THEY WERE USING CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE. ONE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED, AND ANOTH ER RECEIVED AN ELECTRIC SHOCK. THE SECOND EMPLOYEE WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR HIS INJU RIES.
