Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS REPAIRING A GUTTER ON A TWO-STORY HOUSE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTR OCUTED WHEN THE LADDER HE WAS USING CONTACTED THE SERVICE DROP CONDUCTORS TO THE HOUSE.
