EMPLOYEE KILLED BY FALLING UTILITY POLE

Investigation abstract

Employee #1, an independent movie producer and director, was attempting to film a planned collapse of a water tower. A support cable for the water tower snapped , striking a utility pole shearing off the top section, which in turn struck Emp loyee #1 and killed him.
