Employee crushed by trailer
Investigation abstract
On December 7, 2006, an employee was loading bass of asbestos debris into an 8ft x28ft, semi-trailer when it started rocking back and forth. The employee tried b racing the front of the trailer with some material and while he was under the tr ailer, it tipped forward crushing him under the fifth wheel pin. The front stabi lizer less was not set and when the loading in front got heavy enough it tipped the trailer forward like a seesaw.
