EMPLOYEE FOUND DEAD ON A CLEAR AND DRY FLOOR
Investigation abstract
At approximately 4:45 a.m. on January 12, 1990, Employee #1 was walking on a cle ar and dry floor towards the rest room when she fell. Two employers found her at about 5:20 a.m. unconscious with a 1.5 in. laceration above her right eyebrow. The coroner believes that she may have been dead as she fell because her arms we re near her side and not in the position of trying to catch herself.
