Employee struck and killed by railroad car
Investigation abstract
Employee #1, a switchman, was preparing to spot a grain car at the dump area. He signaled the locomotive operator to proceed forward. After the locomotive began moving, Employee #1 apparently walked in front of the moving railroad cars. His leg was amputated and he died.
