EMPLOYEE FALLS IN A BRINE TANK AND IS FOUND DEAD
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 entered a brine tank that was 13 ft deep by climbing down the inside ladder to gage the level, and was found minutes later in the water by a co-work er dead. Employee #1 had a cut on his forehead and the cause of death was not de termined conclusively.
