EMPLOYEE FALLS FROM SCAFFOLD AND DIES

Investigation abstract

Employee #1 fell from scaffold. Employee #1 was taken to Elliot Hospital in Manc hester, New Hampshire. Employee #1 was seriously injured and died eight days aft er being hospitalized. An autopsy revealed that Employee #1 died from pulmonary embolism.
