Investigation abstract
A POWER LINE WORKER WAS REMOVING OVERHEAD POWER LINES FROM A UTILITY POLE THAT W AS TO BE REMOVED. THE POLE BROKE AT ITS BASE AND FELL ON TOP OF THE EMPLOYEE. TH E EMPLOYEE DIED OF HIS INJURIES.
