Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING A CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR A GENERATOR AT AN ELECTRIC UTILIT Y GENERATING PLANT. AS HE WAS CLIMBING THE BREAKER, HE CONTACTED CIRCUIT PARTS E NERGIZED AT 13.8 KILOVOLTS AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
