Press operator injured when struck by small metal disks
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was working on a Niagara power press bar stamping machine. While he was taking the bars off the conveyor belt, he was struck in the upper right arm and on the left side of his neck by five dime-sized steel disks that were waste products of the press.
