Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO LIFT AN IRRIGATION PIPE. THE PIPE CONTACTED AN OVERHE AD POWER LINE LOCATED 19 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND, ELECTROCUTING THE EMPLOYEE.
