ELEVEN EMPLOYEES INJURED WHEN DECK COLLAPSES WITH DEBRIS
Investigation abstract
At 8:10 a.m. on October14, 1989, Employees #1- #11, contractors, were involved i n the process of pouring concrete on an elevator slab at the Toffee Terrace in A tlanta, GA. The deck collapsed with debris such as pans, lumber, plywood, etc., striking employees. Employees working on top of the 14-ft-high slab fell to the ground when the collapse occurred. Eleven employees were injured.
