UPS driver killed when struck by pickup
Investigation abstract
At approximately 5:30 p.m. on January 30 ,1990, in Plymouth, CT, Employee #1, a UPS package car driver, was attempting to cross the street. The driver of a smal l pickup truck did not see him and struck him. Employee #1 was thrown approximat ely 25 feet and landed on the side of the road. Emergency personnel responded an d Employee #1 was flown to St. Frances Hospital. He died shortly thereafter.
