EMPLOYEE KILLED WHEN STRUCK BY FALLING OBJECT

Investigation abstract

Employee #1 was working inside a building at the extreme north side of the compa ny's property when a large concrete support pad fell through the roof striking t he victim. The concrete pad came from a second building located directly adjacen t to the building inside which the victim was working. This second building was being demolished by another contractor.
