Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ALONE ON A ROOF. HE WAS CARRYING A 10-FOOT-LONG PIECE OF METAL ROOFING TRIM. THE METAL TRIM CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE, AND THE EM PLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
