Investigation abstract
AN EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING A POLE-TOP PIN BRACKET. HE DROPPED THE NUTS AND BOLTS F OR THE BRACKET. HE TURNED AROUND AND ACCIDENTALLY GRABBED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE WITH HIS HANDS. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
