Employee injured in 12 ft fall
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was climbing an aluminum ladder to secure it to the building structu re at the top rung. The ladder slipped from under him and he fell approximately 12 ft onto a concrete floor. Employee #1 sustained multiple body injuries, but d id not require hospitalization.
