EMPLOYEE'S HAND FRACTURED WHEN CAUGHT IN DOUGH ROLLER

Investigation abstract

On October 13, 1989, Employee #1 was putting dough into the dough roller. Employ ee #1 was pushing the dough down into the opening with her hand. Employee #1's h and went too far into the machine, was caught by the rollers, and pulled in. Emp loyee #1 sustained fractures of the fingers and hand, and apparently sustained n erve damage.
