ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS

Investigation abstract

An apprentice electrician was repairing a lighting system. Apparently, the light ing circuit was energized while he was working on it. He was electrocuted when h e contacted energized parts.
