DROWNING
Investigation abstract
At approximately 5:00 p.m. on July 9, 1989, Employee #1 was seen wading or swimm ing in a small manmade lake at a sub-division where he had worked cleaning debri s from building sites. At approximately 3:45 p.m. he was told by the owner to st op working and go home for the day. The sub-division is approximately 700 ft fro m the lake. At approximately 9:00 a.m. on July 10, 1989, Employee #1's car was o n the job site and his boots were found at the edge of the lake. Police divers r ecovered the body from 12 ft of water at 10:00 am.
