Employee's back broken in fall from roof
Investigation abstract
At approximately 10:30 a.m. on August 4, 1989, Employee #1 was standing on the e dge of a 30 foot high flat roof reaching for the cable on a material hoist boom. He lost his balance and fell to the concrete pavement. Employee #1 was hospital ized with a broken back.
