Event description
Employee run over and killed by solid waste hauler
Investigation abstract
On January 3, 1990, Employee #1 was standing behind the rear dual tires of an in dustrial solid waste hauler whose driver was in the truck waiting for his job si te assignment. Employee #1 was talking to the driver of another truck who was al so waiting to go to his assigned job site. Neither one of the haulers had their dumpsters on the back. When the second truck driver pulled away, he ran over Emp loyee #1, killing him.
