Two employees were hospitalized due to injuries sustained during maintenance operations on a workover rig in the maintenance shop. One employee suffered a crushing injury when a derrick floor fell on his chest, breaking ribs and causing a collapsed lung. A second employee suffered a broken elbow due to a fall sustained while attempting to hold the falling rig floor.
