At approximately 3:30 AM on March 5, 2015, an employee cleaning a pit was pushing mud toward a vacuum hose when he felt a pull in his groin area. A supervisor and employees aided the employee who exited the pit and, upon further examination, determined that a hernia had occurred. The employee was admitted to the hospital and required surgery.
