An employee backed a POV up to the school to unload tools and lumber; the POV was on an incline. When the employee exited the POV, it began to roll. The engine was running and the brake was not applied at the time. The employee attempted to re-enter and stop the POV, but fell on the ground, breaking the left wrist and sustaining contusions to the left side of the head.
