On or about 0530 hrs on the 2nd day of June 2015, an employee was injured when the vehicle he was driving overturned on a lease road approximately five miles east of Mentone Texas. The employee was hospitalized with three broken ribs on the right side of the thorax and a broken rib on the left side of the thorax.

The employee jumped from the skid sheer and was crushed by the vehicle at the bottom of the hill, resulting in multiple rib fractures as well as injuries to the legs, neck, and lungs.
