An employee was preparing to install a TV monitor. He was working from an 8-foot ladder and using a voltage tester to evaluate wiring to power the monitor when he made contact with a live electrical wire and fell off the ladder. He hit his head, cracked his vertebra and rib, and suffered a laceration that required stitches.
