An employee was setting up his truck to be loaded. As he was stepping up to set up the first position on the tractor, his hand wrapped around a tied-down chain. When he stepped down from the truck, his right ring finger was caught between the chain and a prefabricated hole on the overhead truck ramp, amputating his fingertip.
