Final narrative
An employee was guiding the hose and pouring concrete on the jobsite. When there was a build up of air pressure in the machine, the hose started to shake and the metal portion of the hose struck the employee in the head. The employee fell backwards onto a piece of horizontal rebar and fractured five ribs on the right side. The employee also suffered a contusion on the right arm and a minor chemical burn in the eyes from the concrete.
