An employee was stepping down from the tailgate of a customer's pickup truck. The truck then backed up and struck the employee, then pulled forward, striking them again while they were underneath the truck. The employee sustained fractures to their L3 vertebra, ribs, and a leg.

An employee was in front of a skid loader that was hauling a tree to be planted. The employee was holding the tree so it wouldn't fall over when his leg and foot were run over by the skid loader and fractured.

An employee was walking through the parking lot, returning from their break, when a motor vehicle struck them. The employee sustained a concussion, facial fracture, and contusions.

An employee was walking up to a powered industrial vehicle (PIV) to grab a water bottle. As the vehicle was turning, the employee was struck by the PIV and sustained a spleen laceration and injury to the left arm and chest. The employee was hospitalized.

While standing on the curb in front of the store, an employee was struck by a car. The car was then put in reverse and ran over the employee again. The employee sustained fractures to their ribs and both legs.
