On or about October 22, 2016, at 1:10 p.m., while walking to the door of a private residence to deliver a certified mail piece, an employee tripped on the edge of the concrete driveway where it meets the grass forming a 2-inch difference in surface level. The employee suffered two fractured bones in the right lower arm, requiring hospitalization.
