An employee was pushing a wire metal container full of packages from the building out to the postal vehicle to load it for delivery. Her hands were placed on the outside corners of the wire container and as she pushed the equipment toward the parking lot, her left hand was caught between a metal support beam and the equipment. Her left pinky suffered a compound fracture that required surgery.
