On March 20, 2017, at approximately 6:30 p.m., an employee was guiding a sample leather sheet through the roller machine. The employee's hands were pulled into the machine and caught between the top and lower rollers resulting in a fractured right thumb and fractured metacarpals in both hands including lacerations, abrasions and contusions to both hands.
