The injured employee was at a customer location to pick up lumber. The injured employee closed the back trailer door. As he shut the door, an employee of the customer location backed a forklift into him and pinned him between the truck and the forklift. The injured employee suffered broken vertebrae, three broken ribs, and an injured spleen. The employee was hospitalized.
